Poor wee little indago has a problem understanding how classified material is handled. There are levels of classification. The three main levels are confidential, secret, and top secret. Beyond that there are special programs that a person can be read into. For example I had a confidential level but was read into a couple of programs above that level. I was involved with tanks, artillery, and fighters. Learned secrets in all three areas. I never disclosed any secrets. Violating that would have put me in jail.
